I wanted a clear case that was not slippery on my fingers. I also wanted one that did not feel clunky. This case is perfect! The color of my phone is visible and the rubberish grip on the side gives me lots of security. I added a Love Handle to the back in a contrasting color (wonderful invention) so now I can easily hold onto my iPhone and even use it easily one-handed. It also slips into my pocket very easily. Happy happy

This case does the job, I’ve dropped my new phone a couple times now and everything’s a ok thanks to the case. It’s also not as hard to put on as other reviews make it seem, pretty easy actually. It’s just a matter of popping it in one corner at a time in a clockwise direction starting with the top right corner.
However, as others have mentioned, it does get scratched up very quickly. I don’t really mind but considering how much money I paid, it would have been nice for the case to be scratch resistant.

This case was easy to install on the phone and works with the magnetic charging. I love the fact that it is easy to hold since the sides are rubbery. It is not slippery at all. It looks great.

Impossible to remove

I bought the otter symmetry case to protect my new 12 pro max until my custom case arrived. It was hard to put on, Now I need to remove it and its impossible. Had I known that otter is for life, I never would have purchased it. Worst case ever.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse!
