I purchased this case for my iphone 11 and it fit with no problems, however, the same case for my new i phone 12 pro is so snug it's hard to put on and almost impossible to take off. Not sure why the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! The buttons were kinda hard to push and after a week or so, one of the buttons fall off and there wasn’t any warranty considering how much I paid for this.

I bought this in anticipation of new phone arriving. I have always had Otterbox protection around my phones and this one is no different. It’s very strong and will protect. It is also the most difficult one I’ve ever had. Has no flexibility to it at all, I had to heat is up with a hair dryer to even get it on.

It’s like the others. A solid case that I trust to protect my phone. With increased competition in the case market though otterbox really should think about it’s high prices. You really don’t feel like you are getting a good value for money at all with this case.
