I bought this case for my new iPhone 12, and I have owned another symmetry case for my iPhone 8. To be honest, my iPhone 12 is wearing a different case because this one is SO HARD to get on... and that I’m pressing so hard on my phone to get it on, that I can’t because I’m so afraid I’m gonna crack the screen from pressure! I can’t get it on :(. However... my sister has the same phone and case... she said it was extremely difficult to get it on, and she can’t get it off now LOL. But it looks good, and it’s protected her phone. I guess at the end of the day, that’s the whole point. But, beware! It’s hard to get on and off.

Although we do like to make a secure case, you certainly shouldn't have to worry about damaging your iPhone 12 while trying to install it into the Symmetry Clear Series case.
We're sorry that you’ve had such an unnerving experience, but we’re confident that a brand-new warranty replacement will provide an excellent fit for that trusted protection and performance going forward. In addition, we've found it helpful to begin the installation process by inserting the upper right corner first and then proceeding in a counterclockwise motion for the rest.

The case already had 3 major scratches/imperfections when I pulled it out the box new. You need to improve your quality standards. Very disappointed in Otter!!!
