Warped and discolored after a while

I purchased this case and notices that it started turning brown and warping at the edges so I used my warranty to get a replacement (thinking it was a bad batch I purchased from). 1 year later and the case is brown and warped again. The case was great for a few months. I wish it stayed that way. Faulty product.

Does not live up to the standard

I’ve had this case for over a year now and I dropped it only once right when i first got it and it didn’t protect my phone at all on the back. The back was completely smashed. I finally got the phone fixed and I just dropped it since getting it fixed, instantly the back was cracked again! My fault for not learning the first time :( Also the colour fades. Overall would not get this case again

Horrible phonecase

My phone shattered when I dropped it from 3 feet high in this case, it’s completely scratched at the black because of whatever weird material they used and it got yellow within weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As far as that yellowing goes, there are actually a few factors that can potentially cause something like this, but our Otter engineers work hard to keep such cosmetic complications at bay. We can't extend our warranty to the device, as we aren't the manufacturer. We'd be more than happy to help with a brand new case though. This is the 2nd symmetry case for my phone. With both cases it has protected my phone from cracks when it has fallen, good case for that. But the downside is that both case including this new one the front soft plastic side changes to a yellowish color which is ugly. Not sure why it does it.
