Beware! This case made me extremely nervous. I have never had to push so hard on an iPhone screen to force it to fit into a case like I did with this one. It should not be this difficult to put a case on/take it off. Returning for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! I love the case a lot, it’s actually easy to get on and off and buttons are not stiff at all. My only complaints would be that 1. the back scratches easily (its not very noticeable so that’s being picky), and 2. the edges are not lifted enough. That is the biggest issue, as the lines around the camera and then around the phone screen aren’t far out enough to protect the camera/screen. I placed my phone down on a big rock yesterday for a little bit and realized i had to put it facedown or else the camera would get scratched, so I did, and it ended up scratching the heck out of the screen, thank god I had a screen protector on. Nonetheless, if the edges were lifted more, that wouldn’t have happened at all. Besides that, the case has protected my phone from a few falls and hasn’t had any cracks (even on screen protector) from me dropping it.

I’m giving the five stars to my existing OtterBox phone case as it heroically saved my phone as it fell over the bannister and landed on the ceramic floors below. Sadly, the phone case cracked but my phone did Not!!!

I bought this a month ago. I colour my hair purple and I did end up staining my case after a shower. It’s a beautiful case but scratches come easily on it. I wish there was a way to clean the stains but it is still beautiful.
