Received my iron and it did not get hot I believe it was a refurbished item that I was sent, I’ve been purchasing fhi products for over 15 years and lately the irons are not lasting more than 6 months

I just luv Fhi's flat irons, they never disappoint. I have used this brand for year's now, and I must say hands down they are one of the best for professional hair styling. You will not have issues with them burning out, or not staying hot like some of those brands out. :ok_hand:

I love it but I do notice that sometimes the on light goes out ( not after the time limit) and I have to plug it in again, turn on off button a few times. That’s why 4 stars. Hope it lasts since I do love the iron.

I am a liitle disappointed the Iron does not get as Hot as the First FHI Iron I bought.
