Poor choice

Well would help if it turned on. Sent as Xmas gift. How embarrassing when your daughter tells you she can't turn it on. For all that $$$ and defective? Poor decision on my end to try something new.

I thought for sure that if the blow dryers were awesome the flat irons would definitely be just as good , boy was I wrong these flat irons are awful and I’d like a refund.

Not the same

This long 1/2 inch is not even close to as good as the mini short 1/2 inch flat iron. I’m very disappointed that it does not straighten the hair like the short iron. I feel like I wasted my money. I’m back to using my 1/2 inch mini I bought as sallys which was much cheaper!!!! Bring the short mini half in flat iron back please!!!!!! I use it on my clients. I’m a professional cosmetologist. I use it on all hair types! Thank you.

Platform signature pro is awesome. I have fine hair that doesn’t like a lot of heat so I put the temp on low and if it gets hotter than the temp I chose on the dial it will shut off . Saves your hair from getting burned and damaged.
