Not great for very thick and long hair

I was ultimately unhappy with this flat-iron, but it may be because of my type of hair. I have very thick long hair and it took a very long time to straighten with this flat-iron because the plates are short. I also didn't like that the temperature dial was imprecise because I like to keep the heat on the lower side to avoid hair damage. This flat-iron was recommended to me by my hairstylist, but I wasn't happy with it and decided to return it. If your hair is shorter and/or not that thick, you may like it better than I did.

It’s a great flat iron!!! A little bulky but still good to handle. Gives my hair an amazing shine and leaves it’s beautifully straighten!

I have the 3/4”, 1”& 1& 3/4 inch flat irons and love them all. Always wanted all of my flat iron from one brand and finally achieved my goals. It helps that the irons are of great quality, sleek and heats up very well. Overall I am a satisfied customer

I like the way that it heats up but i've bought a couple pair in the past and they lasted a long time. Very durable but now they seem to be made with cheaper materials as far as the outside goes. I'll see how they hold up.
