The color is not accurate to the photo. It's black and brass to look faux aged. I wish the photo had been more accurate, but seems good for the price still.

Screen is painted black metal (not gold, brass, or pewter metal)

I was surprised that the fireplace screen is painted black metal, not actually gold, brass, or pewter metal. If you zoom-in on the images, it becomes apparent. I plan to keep the screen because I like the style and spray paint it.

Screen is lightweight but not flimsy, the feet/ base have a nice weight to them. Altogether it feels sturdy but easy to move to make a fire.
Since I can’t resurface my fireplace just yet, this helps add a focal point that is brighter and more interesting. It looks much better than the heavy, outdated wrought iron screen I got rid off. A more modern look.

Sturdy and well made, solid and perfect size.
Ships as one piece, with bottom legs on side for you to attach yourself... shipping did take a few weeks, but this could be a result of the pandemic right now.

The size of the grate is substantial, and the color is really lovely. Just enough distressing to add character. The grate is pretty light (definitely not as heavy as cast iron). Overall, very satisfied. A steal for the price!
