Wanted to love it but.....

I purchased this tree and immediately took it out of the box only to have the top tier of lights not working. I was so disappointed because the tree itself was really nice looking. Well, I ended up doing an exchange and the replacement tree I received had the middle and top tier not working!! At that point I was really frustrated. I ended up returning the tree for a refund... still waiting for my refund as it's only been 1 business day so far. It seems based on the great reviews I had some bad luck.

Half of the lights on

Half of the lights on the tree do not work. Also the tree stems are missing. Seems like I received a used and returned item. Disappointed

Not worth the money

I don’t understand all the good reviews. My tree is not full, there’s plenty of bare holes. Also the top of the tree already blew out, it’s 2 weeks old! Save your money, get something else.

Lights stop working

When we got the tree the bottom set of lights weren’t working . We thought we could add some more and make it work because we really loved the tree. After Christmas we took down the tree, put it back in the box and stored it in our attic. We went this year to set up our tree and only the middle lights worked . I called the customer service and they were very nice but said even though we had only used the tree for around 60 days we purchased it last year and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. We had to restring our own lights on it this year. I’m getting older and can’t bend down very well so I really needed a tree that had the lights already on. We will use it this year then we will purchase another tree at the end of this year.

Beware, it doesn’t look like the one in the picture, it has less pine and less light. Really disappointed the way it look when is up already, It’s just hassle to return it.

Dead on arrival

They sent me a bad tree that is missing lights on 1/4 of the tree. Looks bad and fake snow has fallen everywhere to make a nice mess. Not recommended.
