This tree is cute and was a good price. I’d recommend buying it (fast shipping as well). Gave it only 4 stars because it’s a bit wobbly and the flocking isn’t even in some spots but it’s not a huge issue.

A few of the branches were not attached when the tree arrived, so I had to re-wire the branches back onto the tree. I was surprised and disappointed by this has I felt like I spent a considerable amount of money on this tree. No storebought tree out of the box has had this problem for me.

You accept my order, you send me emails to track the shipment, you are able to take the money out of my account knowing that you do not have the item to ship and now it will take 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund. Sounds like money kiting. I plan to report Best Products and provide unfavorable reviews for the way this business handled this.
