Not look like the one in the picture.

Beware, it doesn’t look like the one in the picture, it has less pine and less light. Really disappointed the way it look when is up already, It’s just hassle to return it.

Top lights don’t work

Size is awesome! It fits perfectly in My chosen some and the color flocking is AMAZING This tree is beautiful!
Until I plugged it in the the lights in the very top didn’t work So I may have to return it. Waiting to hear from customer service.

Lights stop working

When we got the tree the bottom set of lights weren’t working . We thought we could add some more and make it work because we really loved the tree. After Christmas we took down the tree, put it back in the box and stored it in our attic. We went this year to set up our tree and only the middle lights worked . I called the customer service and they were very nice but said even though we had only used the tree for around 60 days we purchased it last year and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. We had to restring our own lights on it this year. I’m getting older and can’t bend down very well so I really needed a tree that had the lights already on. We will use it this year then we will purchase another tree at the end of this year.
