Damaged Top Piece/Lights Not Working

The tree itself is beautiful. The assembly was not that hard. However, the top piece was damaged and so the top of the tree slopes sideways. It doesn't fit well on top. Its not as visible from the front but from the sides you can totally see it. I tried to fix it, but its a metal piece so it won't bend. Also, some of the lights were not working and a screw was missing for the bottom of the tree.

This tree is gorgeous! I purchased the 7.5ft for my 7.9ft ceilings and it fit perfectly (without a topper). It was beautiful right out of the box with the flocking and lighting. This is the most gorgeous tree we’ve ever had. I assembled it myself. It was relatively easy, a little heavy, but not bad at all. The quality is amazing and the flocking barely came off while assembling. Since it’s been up, I haven’t seen any flocking come off unless my kids really hit it and even then it’s not much. When we had real trees, we were constantly vacuuming up needles and it was so much more work. If you’re on the fence, buy this tree!

I absolutely love my tree! I live in a condo and purchased the 6ft. I thought it was going to be too small from the comments I read stating the tree seems smaller once it arrived. It’s a perfect size! Looks beautiful and I’ve received nothing but compliments! I’m very happy and proud with my purchase!

I love this Christmas Tree it was very each to symbol and Diameter of tree was nice and wild , plus the size was a 7 1/2 in tree ! Also the branches was sturdy and strong! I love my Tree
