I bought this prelit tree about a month ago, and it did not show up for 8 days . Was expecting it in 4. Also, the top 2 portions do not work when plugged into bottom section. I had to add my own lights to get it right. After the holiday delivery rush please let me know how you want to handle this problem. Thank you

I purchased the 7.5 foot tree and it is beautiful. It arrived extremely quickly, I think two days after I ordered it. It was easy to assemble. I spent over an hour fluffing it, but I enjoyed doing it. The result was a full and perfect shaped tree. Thank you for making my Christmas tree dreams come true!

I live in an apartment and it is the perfect size. Setup was extremely easy. The branches took a little time to fluff but expected because it was the first time. It looks absolutely beautiful. I got it for $60 which makes the purchase even sweeter!

Looks great once you spread out all limbs.. Took over an hour to setup for the first time just bc I spread them all out to look nice. The lights worked great and looks so much better than stringing your own light. Even if this only lasts one year, it's worth it
