Sections of lights out upon receipt. Was able to get all but one small lower section lit. I spun that to the rear, but is disappointing to spend the money and the product not be completely operational from the go. Too much of a hassle to return so I’ll keep working to try and get the section lit.

I bought this tree last week because we have decided real trees just don’t work for us anymore. I was searching for a 9ft tree for weeks and decided on this one. It was delivered in 2 days. I was shocked. It was so easy to put together and I was easily able to fluff it into perfection. I highly recommend this Christmas tree.

I don't know where they got the picture for this tree, but it is DEFINITELY NOT what came in the box. After putting this tree up, my kids said "that tree looks like it's been in a fire and all that's left is the skeleton of the tree". The tree is by far a "full" tree, maybe in height but the branches are definitely sparse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My tree does not look like the photo. It is a different type of tree (maybe a Douglas?) it is much more bare and does not have that bushy full look of the photo above. Also the lights on one side of the bottom of tree did not work. It was not the bulbs. If there was time to return it I would have but just had to go with it.
