Pretty tree but...

The tree worked great the first year and second year but year three the star on top quit working and not all of the light modes work. Some lights also not working. It was reasonably priced but it just does not last. I guess you get what you pay for.

I’ve been searching for a new fiber optic tree. This one is just ok. I must not read it throughly. I wanted one like my old tree. The settings had just clear lights solid or blinking. Then colored with solid or blinking. Then one that switched between color and clear lights. This tree is just colored. And has led bulbs as well as fiber optic. Led bulbs are just so frigging bright. All the setting lane leave us feeling like we are at a party with how busy they are even on the slow setting. And I have to unplug the tree every night cuz there’s no on off switch. And the control to the lights is tied to the tree so I have to get under every time to put it in the setting I want. I won’t be able to put presents under the tree or part of the tree so I can access the light control which is just stupid.

We bought this tree last year after having my old one for 8 years. I was skeptical about going with and led tree with color lights as I was use to only white lights. I was very impressed last year with it and loved how it looked. Well then come this year, only the second time out of the box and all the red lights up top are out. We called the company to try and help us trouble shoot and they said there was nothing they could do to help.

Can’t slow down the rate of blinking on the lights. There is NO slow mode at all. Avoid this tree if you have a seizure disorder.

Love how tall it is. But frustrating that I can't get the fiber optics lights to just stay without flashing on/off. After awhile gives me a headache. Very frustrating!
