Stand broke as soon as we plugged in tree.

We just put our tree together and as soon as we finished putting it up and plugged it in, the tree fell over. One of the stands leg broke right off. We said we had to send the tree back and my kids immediately freaked out. I am so upset.

Really pretty tree but beware of the blinking fiber optics! They don't turn off.

BCP is a great company from whom we've made several purchases. We've been happy with all of our purchases, but there were a couple of things about the 7ft Fiber Optic Artificial Christmas Pine Tree w/ 280 Lights, Stand that we don't love. Our new tree is really pretty and well made, but there is no way to turn off or adjust the fiber optic lights. We're getting used to it, and our young daughter loves it, but it's certainly not traditional. Secondly, the branches are all straight sticks without side branches, which is a little odd and doesn't work great for heavy ornaments, but it's not a deal-breaker. The price was fantastic and we were in desperate need of a new tree (lol). Even though I usually read a lot of reviews and things, I didn't this time. I just looked at the stars, which were very high. Next time, I will know better. Overall, we're happy with our purchase and service!

Beautiful tree, easy to put together. Good price as well. Lights are beautiful but wish there was an option where it could be lit without flashing. Otherwise, it is a wonderful tree. So glad we bought it.

My husband and I couldn’t be more happy and excited about our very first Christmas tree. The package arrived in a timely manner. The tree was very easy to assemble and the lights shine so beautifully and bright. I must’ve missed it in the description, but it was a plus to find a star at the top! Thank you for a great product!

I absolutely love this tree. The sequence of lights flashing with the fiber optic branches is stunning. But, there must be another way to adjust the light settings without crawling under the tree. Any comments would be appreciated.

Fiber-Optic Tree

I looked FOREVER for a fiber-optic tree. The lights on this tree are great, and look perfect through my front window. I only gave it 4 stars because I would prefer if you could control the lights, instead of them just having one setting. Also, I wish the branches were more realistic shaped, and not just a straight. Only very light ornaments can be hung on these branches. Overall I'm very happy with it though!
