Needs a remote

My husband bought this tree and it is very pretty but it needs a remote control for the lights. We can't get down to have to push the button so that we can have the steady lights, Even though it is pretty and easy to assemble I would not purchase it again bwecause of the difficulty in controlling the lights,

The star is super small and cannot be swapped out for another. Everything else is good.

I purchased this 2 days ago and I was hoping to get it in 3 days since they said 2 days shipping. But, I haven't recieved any email about shipment. If you are buying a Christmas tree, you better know it is for next year.

2 days shipping a joke. It's a total lie!!!

They said they will ship it in 2 days, but they didn't ship it. Its been 5 days since I purchased the item. I contacted them twice, finally they sent me a shipping info on my email. When I tried to track the item, FedEx created a shipping label but never received the item. They are not willing to cancel the order even though I didn't get a shipping info. They just need your money. Very bad business!!

This tree is amazing. Comes with a star on top. Lights are beautiful and fiberoptic branches are the bomb. Sturdy base. Well worth the money.

We love this tree. It's sturdy and well thought out, to a point. It has multiple settings for the lights and once you're familiar with the control box you can find your ideal setting. The problem? Every time you turn it off it reverts to another setting which happens to look like a firework cone going off. Not cool. So if you set it the way you like it it's only good for that night. Hate that.
Wouldn't it be easy to reprogram this so that it held the last setting selected? I would think so. But no, every time you turn it on you have to go back, bend over to reach the box and then click through the lighting selection and then also select the brightness you want. A time-consuming hassle that strikes me as totally unnecessary.
If it can't be reprogrammed to revert to the last setting I suggest you program it to return to the most sedate settings, lowest of the three brightness levels and then least obnoxious of the flashing elements, say the fixed light setting as the fiber optics have no control and will flash anyway.
Other than that we look forward to using this tree for some time. And replacing it when we can find one with a little more sophisticated control box.
