POOR choice

I bought this 9ft prelit tree less than a year ago and the lights on some sections have already gone out. To be more specific, only a few branches lit it up. Contacted customer service and sent picturesband they stated they couldn't replace it since its past the 60 days warranty window and that they didn't have any replacement parts available either so it's a loss loss. Think twice before you make a purchase from here, I was told they were their own manufacturer too so there's nobody else that can help if they can't, and you're not within the 60 day time frame. Definitly far from the "BEST Choice."

Beautiful 9 ft

I am so please with this 9 ft pre lit tree !!! It was east to set up. The fluffing was pretty easy as well . Just don’t rush and start with a section at a time ! We had a little issue but I used the live chat on the website and they gave us excellent customer service ! I’d recommend to anyone who looking for a beautiful flocked tree !

Very pretty tree...

It's a very pretty tree but it doesn't have even close to as many lights as shown. I bought it last year after Christmas and just brought it out and put it up this year. I see no option to add a photo in my review.

Great for one year

LOVED this tree last year when I bought it. Went to put it up this year and it’s apparently junk. Several blown bulbs and only one small row lights up. Checked fuses and that’s not the issue. Very disappointed, it worked fine when it was put away last year.

Absolutely love this tree. It was a breeze to put together. Lights work, very pretty. The bonus is pinecone. For the price, it's the best tree we've had!
