forget the rest, The Dyad Pro is the BEST!

Wonderful product, forget grabbing the mop or broom!
Makes Life easier, just vacuum and mop my floors in one pass, place on charging base, slow to clean, once complete empty dirty water tank, replace and it's good to go. (why empty twice?)
I wash the tank periodically using Dawn Power Wash and either air or towel dry.
I'm unable to stand for a few minutes at a time and this literally saved me from excruciating pain ❤️

Stopped Working after 2 Months

Worked well but stopped working after two months. Looks like one of the charging contacts on the base shorted. I’m in the process of finding a box to be able to send back for repair but what a pain after two months of only weekly use.

I have yet to use the replacement roller but it is good quality and everything came well packaged. It's so clean so I'm not sure how soon I will need to even replace it. Also the cleaning fluid lasts a long time so really don't need to order that too often either. This vacuum is a lifesaver.

Love it so much! We have lots of pets with long hair. We also are those people who hate air conditioning so windows and doors are open all the time except in winter. Without the Roborock we'd have dust bunnies the size of a Fiat! It does a great job (minus corners - those are completely missed, sorry to say) picking up after my messy chef husband, hair and fur and dust and just about anything else on the floor. I have to say it's a bit noisy but I love my clean floors so I won't complain. App is easy to use. I have my robot clean different areas of the house in zones so it has a chance to recharge in between. I must say the mopping function is meh. But I use the Dyad to mop so I don't mind. I absolutely love this robot!

I absolutely love theses two items! My husband and I have been watching video reviews of the robot vacuum for months, and decided to purchase both the robot and upright when the sale came up. I previously had a Tineco, but this Dyad Pro is far superior! The robot is every bit as good as the reviews! And with 3 dogs I keep it busy!!!
