Extremly easy to use and clean. I was impressed with my Tineco, but the Dyad Pro takes it to the next level. I have seen the reviews about the drying unit not actually blowing hot air, but that does not matter to me since it drys. I care more about results and this thing nails it.

No longer a dreaded chore to mop and vacuum all our hard surface floors!

The Dyad Pro works as we had hoped and more. We were looking for a machine which would work well with out engineered hardwood floors. Using a hand mop and Bona had become a dreaded chore! But we were unsure whether there was cleaner and a machine wet vacuum would be compatible with our floors. So first we used a general all purpose machine compatible cleaner in the Dyad and cleaned first our finished garage floor just to see and experience how much liquid would be used and what the drying times would be. We were pleased with the easy and efficient cleaning and were surprised how little liquid and water were used to accomplish the result. Next , we cleaned the tile bathroom floors and again were impressed with the Dyad Pro efficiency not to mention the self cleaning of the gentle rollers. Finally we got a machine compatible wood floor cleaner from the same company our floor manufacturer specified for cleaning their engineered wood floors and the Dyad and the compatible wood cleaner worked as good or better with less effort than using a hand mop technique. Now cleaning is efficient and we are able to do it more frequently without negative anticipation!

LOVE this thing!!! We have 3 dogs. Including a great dane that slobbers profusely....this has been a HUGE time saver!!! Several times a day we were sweeping and then lugging the mop and giant mop bucket out to clean up. This mop/vac is always ready to go! Just grab it, mop, then empty the dirty water bin!!!! It is SO EASY!!!! I absolutely would and already have recommended this to friends! Best thing ever!!!!

I purchased this unit to replace a problematic Qrevo Master and it didn't disappoint. Unit is able to cross areas with thick mats along with thresholds with ease. My floors are the cleanest they've ever been with a robot vacuum servicing them.
I like the one piece dock that you just set down and plug in with no assembly required. The tanks are able to hold several days of usage so the service interval is practically the same as the dock 3. I really wish that the dock had a battery level indicator on it.
My unit also came with the Dyad Air wet dry vacuum which also works well. I also received a discount for early ordering in addition to a military discount which made this unit much more affordable.
Would I recommend this unit? Yes I would.
