I love not having to vacuum then mop. This saves me lots of time. I love how much it picks up.
However, I hate that you can't access all of the features if you can't connect the device to the wifi. Mine would not connect through my phone so I had to download the app on my husband's.
Also, the 3 hour standard drying time was not getting everything dry and it was leaving water in the base, making the brush head smell moldy. Hence the reason I HAD to access the app and set the drying time to 6 hours instead.

Impressive vacuum cleaner for both wet and dry cleaning

I bought this vacuum cleaner a week ago and the product arrived with secure packaging. I am very happy with it. It is easy to setup and use following the well-written instruction manual. It is very powerful for different surfaces, such as carpets, hardwood floors, tiles. I finished cleaning the entire first floor of my house including the final self-cleaning procedure with just one full-tank of clean water (about 1L). There is still 45% battery left. It's quiet and does not disturb anyone. The self-propelled function like lawn mower makes the cleaning process very easy and joyful. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient vacuum cleaner that can handle any kind of mess. It is worth every penny and deserves five stars.

We bought this a little over a month ago! We love it. We started with the s8max after having another robot brand that kept destroying our baseboards. Bought the dyad and decided to get the mop as well. We even used the find pet feature while one of our dogs was recently ill. So far we love it!

Received the product today and was so excited that I assembled everything right away to mop my living room and kitchen, it took so little time and so little water to do everything!! I was done in 10 minutes and ready to continue with other chores! The app also is so weak thought out! Only wish there was a suction mode only!

Amazing hesitation with price but well worth every penny

Purchased 2 and they are amazing .one for my daughter and another for myself. I am 74 yrs and live inGeorgia with my pup who not only sheds but love to did in the red clay.Now I can vacuum and mop all at once and it is so light .My floors look great
