The tree comes in an incredibly small box. I thought they sent the wrong one. It wasn't. The tree isn't as "fat" as I thought it should be but it's very full.

I love my tree! To me it was perfect, I got the nine foot and it's gorgeous all u have to do is decorate it and turn it on it has various settings depending on the size u grab so read carefully. Customer service is also amazing they will try to help you any way they can. I recommend it.
