Excellent tree. The light controller actually has a button so you can set different flash patterns. It's easy to set up right out of the box. This is a great tree if you're looking for one that's 4 feet tall.

It came in, took it out of the box and set up-done. I wish i got a bigger one because i did not realize that the height was measured from the tip of the star to the bottom leg. But it will do for now.

The tree is beautiful. The lights are very bright, depending on the setting, sometimes blinding. Only negative comment is that the setting (blink, fade, etc) is not maintained when the tree is turned off at night.

Colorful and fun pre-lit tree that provides a great Xmas spirit with its various light options doesn't really need it but can add few decorations if desired. Perfect size to put on the table.

Absolutely worth it!!

No kids coming for Christmas so we weren't going to get out our 8' tree with 2,000 lights. Wanted to keep it simple, so I looked for a nice table top tree that would be pleasing to look at. After a lot of searching, I settled on this 4' tree, even though some reviews talked about how bright the lights were. I like lights!So it arrived, I took it out of the box, and wasn't sure how to open it down because there were no instructions, so I just did, and it looked a lot fuller than I thought it would be. Then for the lights... There was a control box with two buttons and two plugs running up the tree (and did I mention there were no instructions?) Not a problem though.Was I ever pleasantly surprised!This little tree has TWO different sets of lights on it that can be lit independently or together. One set is bright bands of red, white, and blue lights that are controlled by the two buttons on the box. The bottom button gives you three choices of brightness. I use the brightest during the day and the lowest at night...perfect. The top button cycles these lights through seven patterns of flashing and fading, or you can just push the top button to select the pattern you like.The other lights are fiber strands that are part of the branch tips and they give a pleasant fading and changing of red and blue colors. My video shows both in action. All you need to do is figure out how to plug the wires in to get what you want (see my photo). One photo shows how I get both lights on at the same time, but you can just run one type at a time if you want. I've already recommended it to several friends and family that saw ours. Hey, I get excited about cheap, good deals!PROS:Awesome lighting (two different sets, individually controlled)Full looking treeGreat to ad mini ornamentsGood substitute for a full tree when you don't want to put one up.CONS:No instructions (but only took minutes to figure it out)
