A Great machine

Love my new rowing machine. It was so easy to assemble. I have used a few other machines but this one is so smooth. I love the seat and how it glides on a wide stable runner. It is very smooth and secure when operating. The machine is quiet and holds the tension well. But the best part I think is the ergonomics built into the handles and the peddles ability to move with the body's motion. It's a safe workout with out stressing any muscles or tendons. I am super happy with my new machine and how I can store it along the wall for tomorrows workout. It's all ready to go.

Easy to put together, good

Easy to put together, good quality parts, very quiet and steady when rowing. Has such a great variety of workout videos for so many different pieces of workout equipment that we all have in our homes. Plus meditation, yoga and so much more! The videos I’ve used really give a full body workout, motivations you to move, stay consistent and make working out fun!

This rowing machine is exactly what I wanted. It's quiet and smooth. I've used the free courses to do 10 minute lessons and it gets my heart rate going.

Good with an issue

I like the functionality and sturdiness of this machine, and I get a good workout with it. It was easy to put together too. One big issue: the pulley strap that you use to row is frayed after ONE use. Doesn’t seem like it will last long and I am unsure if it is a replaceable part. If it is bot replaceable then I would not recommend buying this machine. If it is, then factor in the cost for a future replacement part.
