This is such a fun little machine! You can feel the burn after about three sets of 10 reps. I am physically unable to walk to exercise due to neuropathy but this machine makes exercising fun!!!!

I get a full body workout with my row n ride and it’s very low impact so workout while watching television- very nice piece of workout equipment and very easy to assemble - I Luv It :blue_heart::bangbang:️

Love my Row-N-Ride I feel I get a great workout with this . I’m an older lady and it will help me to firm up and it’s not to hard for a 78 year old to do. So glad I ordered it

This row n ride machine really fits to me as a senior. It’s easy to use, I can move it in one place to another, My husband was the one who assembled it and he said ‘’ it’s easy to assemble’’. I have made the right decision to purchased it.
