This machine works because it is fun! Unlike most exercise machines, I look forward to getting on every day. Also if you don't want the kids on it just strap it with all 3 cords in the back and there is no way they can move it. For the price it is well worth it and it folds for easy storage. Great machine.

I don't normally write reviews but I just had to for this machine. THIS IS A MIRACLE WORKER. After a month of using this machine, I have seen significant improvement in my glutes and quads!!!! I highly highly recommend this it works!!

Directions were clear and it took us 30 mins to assemble it. I absolutely love this machine. I can feel it working my whole body in just 10 mins.

I love my Row-N-Ride Rowing Machine I use it everyday once in the morning and once in the evening. I'm thinking about ordering another machine as well .
