So far, REAL good!

It's only been a few days, but I'm loving it! I had a total need replacement a coupla years ago & need to strengthen my quads to give me better balance. I'm already climbing stairs better. Starting off with 5 mins with no resistance bands and will work my way up. Will come back with an update the more I use it.

AMAZING!!!! So easy to use!! And if you're not sure if you're doing it right check out Sunny's YouTube channel like I did! Those videos really helped me make the most out of this rower. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I was feeling the burn after 10 mins. Hubby thought I was weak since I haven't gone to the gym in a while so he gave it a try and had his butt kicked too. Needless to say we both love it and are excited to add this to our new workout routine!!

It works really well! I love that Sunny has a bunch of workout videos for this rower so make sure to watch those to learn the right posture. I was doing it wrong the first time and felt it didn't work but found those videos to be super helpful!

Really happy with my results!

I've been using this rower everyday for the past 3 months and I am seeing results! My thighs and glutes definitely seem firmer. Really happy with the results! Will continue to use this.
