Honestly i was not sure about this machine at first but I have no regrets with the purchase. My wife and kids love it...you definitely feel your hips, glutes, quads, calves, arms and chest working...Also, you can work up a sweat getting your cardio exercise by just following the YouTube exercises. You can store it away which is a plus...would definitely recommend.

Love it Except.....

I've had mine for 4 months, and really love it. Except, one of the resistance cords couldn't keep up and the outside of it has rubbed away, exposing the inside bands. I'm hoping I can order a replacement. Waiting to hear back. Otherwise it's a great machine.

I absolutely love love love this machine. Targets upper body, abs and thighs/glutes. It provides cardio too. So glad I purchased this!!!

I really like this machine, if you add less resistance, you can row for an extended time for cardio, if you add max resistance, it's quite a work out, then I do reps of 25..challenging and definately toning, I am very happy with this. Good buy.

I was so shocked at how easy to put together. It's very sturdy and very easy to use and adjust to what height you want as well as resistance. I'm extremely happy that I purchased this row-er.
