I was able to assemble this myself according to the instructions and I really like it. It is nice and compact and fits in my bedroom and I use it when I need to. I definitely feel it toning all parts of my body.

OMG !!! It is strong and it feels when you are working the muscles of legs, buttocks and back, super recommended, it is also very cheap
