I broke my femur in 3 places during a car accident several years ago and my leg has progressively gotten weaker as I age. The row n ride is helping to strengthen the muscles again. I started with no band and have worked up to 1 band, almost ready for 2!

Great Squat Assist!

Excellent and low cost way to assist those of us who have difficulty doing standard squats properly. The degree of difficulty can be easily adjusted to suit one's ability.

Love my Row-n-Ride!

I have been loving my Row-n-Ride! I wanted something low impact and this has been great! I've only tried two of the workout videos, but they are the perfect fit for what I need.

Exercise Bands

I love this machine, but the only problem which is big to me is the Exercise Bands won't stay on. The bottom where it hooks always fall off and I don't how to fix this problem. If someone could help me resolve this issue it would be great. I would use it more often if the band's would stay on. Sincerely, Catherine
