Getting back into shape

Bought this Row-n-ride machine about 40 days ago. This machine will kick your booty. It really works you quad, thighs, core an arms. I really recommend watching the video on how to set it to your body. The first time I use it I really felt it in my legs. I could only do about 20 reps. With 1 band. I am now up to 150 reps. 50 rep increments 3 times. I have bad knees an this really works the muscles around the knee. It really has helped my core and upper back. I also bought a recumbent bike around 4 months ago. With these 2 machines I have been able to get the stamina an strength I use to have. It is exactly what I needed to push this 60 year old body back into shape. I'm sure ther are other ways but if you commit yourself to a good work out program with these 2 machine. You will definitely feel the progress. Love my 2 machines

Easy to use. I disconnected

Easy to use. I disconnected 1 of the 3 bungees to make it easier on my fibromyalgia. Assembly was fairly simple. Only complaint is that my seat obviously is missing a piece of foam under the cover, on the rear right side corner. But I don't really sit down on the seat, so I guess it doesn't matter. I have it on my porch for now, I use it after my daily walk.
