I am happy with the quality of the machine for the price. It gives you a good workout but I feel like it is more quad beneficial than glute (could be my technique idk). I would buy again.

Effective Exercise.

I am a 79 year old man. I wanted help regaining and maintaining leg strength. Walking, even with stairs, was not sufficient for my needs including increased balance. The rowing machine is providing all I hoped from it and more. It is lightweight, folds easily and, takes little storeage space. I am 6'1__quote__ and 190. The machine easily fits and is very steady. A very good purchase.

Worth it

I bought this on a whim, and I'm so glad i did it. I have it in my room so i see it all the time and started to feel guilty if i don't use it! Haha. But within a month of using it 3-4x a week, i noticed great results without changing my diet at all (terrible diet by the way need to work on that) but I'm very impressed with this machine. 10/10 forsure!!
