This was bought for my 22 year old daughter for Christmas and has found it to be one of the most enjoyable devices for working out of anything she's ever owned! :cupid: the feeling of an entire body workout when done and can watch TV while doing it. :+1:

Perfect all-in-one machine

The machine is easy to assemble and use. Helps my knees not to hurt while doing squats. I did my first cardio exercise recently and got my heart rate up high! I like that you don’t have to do it for an hour to feel a difference. I LOVE to do it in front of the TV!

This is a great machine for someone like me. It is small and compact for starters. I am not one to go to a gym or exercise class. I like something at home and this gives a good workout.

Easy to put together! And the machine it self was definitely worth the investment and I cant wait to see the results in time and you definitely feel the machine is working different muscle groups, so it's definitely great quality and I recommend it.

I've been wanting to let you know how much we LOVE our Row and Ride.....it was fairly easy to assemble, and it is surprisingly tight and sturdy. It's an awesome little machine that's perfect for our needs....and at such a reasonable price! Our health is already benefiting after just a couple of weeks. We absolutely LOVE it and couldn't be happier....Thank You!
