It is very good can feel it works.it was very easy to assemble.it looks very simple not very sturdy ,but when I set it up I found it's very strong .I especially love the Assistant I got from your videos .from assembly to how to use it properly.

i absolutely love this thing. i was skeptical at first because i only heard about this on an instagram ad but for real - it makes my legs jelly. it’s been about a week - but i’ll circle back after a few months.

Only had a week so unable to advise of results but 10 minutes a day is very doable & is definitely can feel at the end of those 10 minutes. The piece of equipment is light weight and was easy to assemble

Works as advertised. Caution, don't overdo it in the beginning. I went a whole two minutes and pulled my groin. Starting with one band is the safe way to approach this piece of gym equipment. Stay safe.
