Not worth the purchase for me.

I bought this to help me after having total knee replacement. It is very hard and awkward to use. Plus it is not very stable when using it. If I could sent it back and get a total refund I would.

Great machine, great price!

I researched several squat machines and this one provided everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. I'll be 70 years old in a few months and needed to start __quote__moving__quote__ again. My husband set it up in minutes, and I've been using it everyday. It's very low impact on my joints, and I feel the __quote__burn __quote__ in my muscles. They have free Youtube exercise videos that I have accessed a couple of times. I absolutely love it!

I absolutely love the Upright

I absolutely love the Upright row and ride. It's perfect size it fits right in my closet.. I pop on YouTube and pick any workout that I want and there is a variety of them. The workouts are great and if it's my schedule. I can hop on for 5 minutes or 20 minutes.
