We feel this an unstable product. My husband fell off of it. It's wobbly..wish we had purchased the DB Method brand instead.

The assembly was easy to put together. The device itself is easy to use, just be careful getting off of it. You really get a good cardio workout by using the machine. This product was worth buying. It stretched out every muscle before you get into a long workout.

Excellent machine...not as complex to assemble as instructions seem to make it... been starting out slow as not to overdo or injury myself... but I have to make me a plan.... work in progress

I absolutely love this machine is the best invested money I’ve ever made in a workout equipment I’ve been working out on this machine every day for the past four days and I can feel results already it was so easy to assemble and the price was right I would recommend this to everyone
