I love my Row-N-Ride. I've only used it a few times due to I had to have a Defibulator put in due to having some heart problems. But, I will use it as soon as I can again.

I love it! Definitely works your muscles. Muscles I forgot I had.
The only thing I wish it would have came with was a dvd on 10 to 20 minute workouts. I don’t like having to use my internet usage.

I love my Row n Ride.
It was hard at first but I'm staying consistent with doing my exercises, I can only do about 10 minutes at a time. ..of course on it & off I do arm's. But all n all it's great. I turn YouTube on and do different ones every day. Thank you! Best investment ever.

Worth the expense!!

This machine is worth every penny. Easy assembly, does not take up much space at all. I was skeptical but, I'm pleased to say I'm happy I made the purchase. I can feel my muscles working and it gives a good burn. A Full body workout, which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this machine. Perfect for a novice or anyone with exercise experience. It keeps your form for you which is highly effective.
