This machine makes a difference! I couldn’t use a barbell to squat anymore it’s just too hard on my knees but this is gentle on my knees and I can feel the burn and tell it is working my quads. I do wish I could figure out how to position myself to activate the glutes on it more but for quads it’s an awesome tool! 10 mins a day!

I love it! I get more huffin’ and puffin’ after 120 reps (two sessions) on this gear than I did after 1000 reps (two sessions) on the gear I purchased from you last time. And the abs look better (for an 82 year-old) than I expected (both machines contributed to that detail).

Assembly wasn't too much of a challenge. The machine feels durable during use and I feel like I get a really good workout. Making adjustments to the handlebars, seat, or resistance bands is pretty easy. My only complaint is the seat makes my bottom hurt after awhile, but even that isn't much of a deal breaker. Overall, quality product at an affordable price. Very satisfied!
