I'm so glad I purchased this!

affordable and it works! I get a great work out in my upper and lower body from this machine I'm so glad I purchased this! I use it 3-4 times a week along with my weights and treadmill but this machine kicks my butt and will definitely help you tone. I will be buying more sunny products.

I just purchased this machine. It's very easy to use and I love the full workout I get. It doesn't take long to get in a 100 squats a day. I really like how the machine counts the number of squats you do.

you can go much deeper into a squat

Portions of this almost seem like a classic Fitness Rider. The difference is you can go much deeper into a squat. if one is not accustomed to machinary there might be a learning curve getting off and on make sure to set the handles appropriately for your height it makes a difference. I have found the to be effective for glut shaping and leg strength. Additionally, i have fibromyalgia and resistance exercises actually help. Took about 3 weeks have I been minimum of two times a week usage and I started to see a physical change. I would recommend although not really for people much over 200 lb. it is sturdier than it looks though.

I LOVE this machine. It is very heavy and solid, yet its very easy for me to move when I need to.
And it is a really hard workout. My husband did 3 reps with all the bands and was breathing hard.
This is very easy to put together, just a few minutes.

This lightweight simple machine is sort of like doing squats but with the element of using your upper body also. Compact, it is a good accompaniment to our overall gym. Can easily do while watching sports or something on the TV or taking out to the front porch to enjoy the outdoors.

I’ve only tried it once. I like it. It works great. I’ve only tried it once for about 15 minutes and I could tell this will be my go t, to drop a little weight and tone my muscles and my core.

I have only had the product for two weeks but loving it so far. I have been able to do stretches through the app and then row. I am increasing my time every other day and feel energized. I love the app for it too as it as if I have an exercise partner.
