The machine is awesome but my meter does not work. Putting the machine together was easy and non complicated. It's light weight and you can put it away easily. I enjoy the workout.

I Love this little compact machine....it was just what I was looking for! It works for all areas of my body and targets the areas I want to work on. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it !

I have loved it! I have to start out gradual..first time using it I instantly felt it bug time in my legs, upper thighs, and abdomen...a good hurt though.. I know I needed it! I was able to go longer today!!

It was easy to put together. Needed a little more instruction on adjustments, but figured it out. Using the videos on line is really helpful to get a good workout. Thank you for this machine. I have a fused ankle so it has been impossible to many exercises, especially ones that work the core. So now I can.

This is a great total workout machine. It is exactly what I need to get back into shape at age 65. Took 10 minutes to assemble. Was going to buy the DP Squat machine but so happy I got this one instead. Highly recommend it.

My husband and I just received ours this week and started using it immediately. I have a job where I sit for hours at a time so I don't get much movement during the day. My muscles are so out of shape that I am not using any bands for now and I still feel it in my thighs, glutes and arms. I will gradually add bands for more resistance as it becomes easy. Can't wait to see the results. My husband is much more physically fit than I am so he loves that he can do cardio on it and he uses the resistance bands. Thank you for making this machine!

So worth it

This machine is so worth it because it does isolate the glutes and I've had an unbelievably lower back workout in a long time. If you are considering this machine, it's seriously worth it!

I have been using this product for 10 days. I was able to burn 100 calories in a 15 minute workout and have seen noticeable tightening and toning. Great product!
