It was very easy to put together I also like . That I'm able to get a full body workout . Looking forward to seeing how strong my body becomes as I gain more strength. I feel like I will probably see results in two months to three months .

Easy to assemble and this is a great machine. I've been using it every day since I got it and my butt and legs are sore. IT WORKS!!
