This machine is awesome! A 30 minute work out on it works your whole body. I use this in conjunction with treadmill & a maxi climber. It's a great addition to my workout:)

I thought that it was not working at first until I increased my workout. I can most definitely tell the difference in my body. I use the machine everyday twice and day.

Perfect leg workout!

I am really benefitting from using this remarkable machine! It combines flexibility, resistance, and cardio vascular benefits. I have a question, though. I'm up to 4 sets of 25 reps at the highest resistance. Are there thicker bands available to increase the difficulty? I'm needing something harder!!! Thank you!!!
