Issue on Seat Quality

I bought the squat row machine recently. The frame is quite sturdy. My family and I like to exercise on it so far. I really feel the good workout for my back and thighs. _x000D_
However, there are two issues with the machine. 1. It starts to make cracking sound after a few minutes into workout because the screw from the seat kept loosen up. 2. The material and seaming for seat side seam is roughly cut and not seam into the seat. It looks like incomplete work and I am afraid it will soon deteriorate and fall apart if we kept adjusting the seats. Anyway I can exchange for a better quality seat?

Not the best

I wish I could leave a great review, since the machine itself is very good! I've had this machine since July and two of the resistance bands broke. I've tried to contact the company to see how I can get more bands or if there is anything they can do, and I haven't gotten a response. Not sure where I can order more.

Elena From TX. The person Who invent this Machine Congratulations! I have so Manny Equipment, but this is the best, for my stomach, Legs, and my harms. I recommend this machine. Waste you money with this machine
