I have to honestly say this is probably the best exercise machine I have ever purchased , I feel like I get a complete workout it's comfortable & very easy to use and it doesn't take up a lot of space, definitely 100% happy with my purchase

I am 79 years old and have to be careful because my arms hurt when I use it. Probably need to get advice on the safety of using the Row and Ride, I ordered the first one from you but it was to close to the floor and although I exercise daily it was difficult for me to get up and down. So, I ordered this one.

I am happy with the quality of the machine for the price. It gives you a good workout but I feel like it is more quad beneficial than glute (could be my technique idk). I would buy again.

Effective Exercise.

I am a 79 year old man. I wanted help regaining and maintaining leg strength. Walking, even with stairs, was not sufficient for my needs including increased balance. The rowing machine is providing all I hoped from it and more. It is lightweight, folds easily and, takes little storeage space. I am 6'1__quote__ and 190. The machine easily fits and is very steady. A very good purchase.
