This is a great machine for someone like me. It is small and compact for starters. I am not one to go to a gym or exercise class. I like something at home and this gives a good workout.

Easy to put together! And the machine it self was definitely worth the investment and I cant wait to see the results in time and you definitely feel the machine is working different muscle groups, so it's definitely great quality and I recommend it.

I've been wanting to let you know how much we LOVE our Row and Ride.....it was fairly easy to assemble, and it is surprisingly tight and sturdy. It's an awesome little machine that's perfect for our needs....and at such a reasonable price! Our health is already benefiting after just a couple of weeks. We absolutely LOVE it and couldn't be happier....Thank You!

I have an elliptical, treadmill

I have an elliptical, treadmill & stationary bike but wanted a change. This has been a great option. With so many different work outs online and able to get a full body work out or HIIT workout this is the perfect change I was looking for.

Glutes machine is perfect

I love that I can increase the bands over time. Starting at the bottom (one) to get my body used to it. It's easy on my back and tough on my legs. Love it.
