Great work out.. Great unit for the price. Perfect size for my small place. Easy to put together. Can't figure out how to reset to digital display when I start a new session.

I love my Row n Ride.
It was hard at first but I'm staying consistent with doing my exercises, I can only do about 10 minutes at a time. ..of course on it & off I do arm's. But all n all it's great. I turn YouTube on and do different ones every day. Thank you! Best investment ever.

Worth the expense!!

This machine is worth every penny. Easy assembly, does not take up much space at all. I was skeptical but, I'm pleased to say I'm happy I made the purchase. I can feel my muscles working and it gives a good burn. A Full body workout, which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this machine. Perfect for a novice or anyone with exercise experience. It keeps your form for you which is highly effective.

The assembly was easy to put together. The device itself is easy to use, just be careful getting off of it. You really get a good cardio workout by using the machine. This product was worth buying. It stretched out every muscle before you get into a long workout.
