I love this machine! It makes me feel so good, and I have more energy every day since I've been using it. Its quiet, very well-made and glides smoothly. This is exactly the sort of exercise I needed to counteract the stresses on my body from working as a dental hygienist. I don't need to see my chiropractor as much any more thanks to the Upright Row-N- Ride.
