Love my Row-N-Ride I feel I get a great workout with this . I’m an older lady and it will help me to firm up and it’s not to hard for a 78 year old to do. So glad I ordered it

This row n ride machine really fits to me as a senior. It’s easy to use, I can move it in one place to another, My husband was the one who assembled it and he said ‘’ it’s easy to assemble’’. I have made the right decision to purchased it.

I absolutely love it!! I am old n out of shape so I don't stay on it long but I do 25-50 reps on it then get off for a while. All totalled I am on it about 5-6 times a day. I can feel the muscle burn. Very wise purchase and it wasn't overly expensive. Highly recommend this product.
