Has an annoying clicking at lower resistance settings.

I have only used it for 5 days and the left side peddle has developed an annoying clicking sound from inside the bike main body. This is very noticeable at resistance settings 1 and 2. As I increase the resistance setting the sound seems to diminish. When I peddle backwards and then resume forward the clicking is gone for about a dozen rotations then returns. I’m 70 years old so I use the lower residence setting’s more often. I use my head phones, crank up the music and tada…… no clicking sound I just feel a slight vibration when the peddle passes the specific rotation point. Easy to put together no real problem. Solid build, except for the clicking sound.

Uncomfortable seat and packed with lots of styrofoam

I am happy with the recumbent exercise bike except for 2 things.
1. The seat is not very comfortable even for a short 5-10 minute ride. I put a pillow on top so it’s better but not a great solution
2. I was very disappointed that the bike was packed in lot of styrofoam. The same day I got it, I got another big box that protected its contents with molded cardboard, hope in the future you can do the same. I don’t get much styrofoam anymore so was surprised to get so much with your package.

Love my stationary bike. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Love the digital meters to clock calories, distance etc had knee replacement surgery and the best therapy for my leg.
